Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and prices
We try to show product colors, sizes and images as accurately as possible. Some product images are styled or digitally created to show how the product can be used, and the actual product may vary slightly in color and appearance. Sizes are approximate. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion, for example orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

Promotions
Offers such as "Buy 2, Get 1 FREE" apply automatically at checkout while the promotion is active. The free item is the lowest-priced qualifying item. Promotions can't be combined unless stated and may end at any time.

Orders and payment
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if pricing errors occur, and we will refund any payment received.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Pet safety
Please supervise your pet when introducing a new bed and remove any packaging. Stop using the product if it becomes damaged. Our products are not chew toys.
