When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 10–17 business days with tracking. For Christmas delivery, order by November 28.
Do you ship for free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Which bed size should I choose?
Use the weight guide on each product page. If your pet is between sizes, choose the larger one.
Why does my bed look flat when it arrives?
Beds are vacuum-packed for shipping. Unpack it and give it 24–48 hours to regain its shape.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean the bed body. Wash the removable cushion cold on gentle and air dry.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy.
