Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery after shipping: 10–17 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by November 28. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 25.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on our Track Your Order page (/pages/track-order). Tracking can take 2–4 days to show the first update.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
Packaging
Pet beds are vacuum-packed to keep shipping fast and free. Unpack the bed and give it 24–48 hours to return to its full shape.
Delays, lost or damaged packages
Delivery times are estimates. Carriers, weather and peak holiday volume can cause delays that are outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
